WELCOME BACK!
This was my first Sunday back to church since I left due to my pregnancy. I have to tell you, it feels great to be back. The message is good, it's always good! I love to listen to a sermon that tells me that I don't smell as sweet as I think I do. It reminds me that I am a recovering sinner. Today's message was based out of Mark chapter 8. We were discussing leaven (bad leaven specifically) and how it doesn't take much to leaven the whole loaf. Ultimately it referred to the gospel. Whatever we learn always refers to the gospel . . . duh. The four different types of "leaven" include Sin, False Doctrine/Gospel, Compromise, and Company. (More details are available on Tuesday on the podcast . . . I will update)
Any who, the Gilmore family, actually just Tre and myself, were missing our Vision family. I was so happy to return. A girl can go crazy when you keep her away from church family.
