What's a better way to announce that Valentine's day has arrived than by Prabal Gurung launching LOVE at Target? All of the color in his collection makes you want to nab every piece. The flowers will have you smelling roses and the Nolita ain't bad either. Target and Gurung have me swooning for their pointed flats and flirty/sassy looks. These are my favorites that I'm looking forward to on February 10th.
