According to the allergists, Lillian's peanut allergy is being diagnosed as more severe than it was before. We have been prescribed an EpiPen Jr and we're picking it up from the from the pharmacist soon as it's ready. Before Wednesday, I was on yellow alert when it came to Lilly and nuts. Now?! It's definitely a code red. I'm considering medical bracelets for Lil and Tre.
Tre is back in therapy and his comprehension skills are still a little behind. He's unable to explain what's happened in stories. I fear for him as he enters kindergarten. What happens if he's blamed for something out of his nature, when he really had nothing to do with it? What do we do if you can't explain himself? This was the whole purpose of therapy for us as a family. We want him to be able to stand up for himself. So, I'm going to do the best I can. I'm going to speak for him an advocate for him the best way I know how. I am his mother and he's my child I will protect him with God's help and guidance.
That day was also a great day. We had a fantastic time at Pullen Park in Raleigh North Carolina. We absolutely adored The train. Normally, we just watch it go by, but that day because of the amount of bad news we've acquired in less than five hours, we decided to get on the train. The kids had a great time. Cornell and I almost forgot about that days stressful events.
Until next time,
