Last week I had the opportunity to take the kids back to Marbles Museum on what I thought was Target $2 Tuesdays. The last time we went, Lilly was about to turn 1. $2 Tuesdays happens the third Tuesday of every month. When we get there we discover that they'd stop doing $2 Tuesdays almost a year ago. Great.

Good news though, now they offer $2 Thursdays every week from 3-7. That's absolutely fantastic! More time to play.
Lilly and Tre had a stupendous time, while Stacie had a stupendous nap in her carrier. Although we spent the full price on this trip, there is absolutely no doubt where the Gilmore will be on Thursdays in the months to come. If they can learn and explore while having fun, surely I can pay a small fee once in a while.
I loved watching Tre play and discovery new things in the submarine. He examined things in the magnifying glass, tried out the periscope, and pushed plenty buttons in order to work the vessel. My favorite moment with Lilly was when we found the dancing area. She played with pompoms and did the funky chicken to both Bach and Debussy. We can't wait to go back.
