Salads, and workouts and cookies, OH MY!

5. I normally roll my eyes when I find a recipe for junk food alternatives. If I want my junk food to be healthy, I may as well just eat the healthy food. Because frankly my dear, there's no way these vegetables taste like cake. And no, cacao and cocoa do not taste the same, so get it out of my face. But, I've found a recipe that turns my favorite delight, chocolate chip cookies, into a more natural and healthier choice...that I can actually tolerate. Yummy Chocolate Chunk Banana Oatmeal Cookies. 6. I've learned over the course of this school year that my son requires a schedule in order to remain calm and collected. I think this scheduling idea is going to allow him and myself keep our sanity during the break.
