Make Me Over Monday: 5 REASONS WHY YOU SHOULDN'T DIP YOUR CROCHET BRAIDS

Here are my top 5 reasons why you shouldn't dip your crochet braids.

5. It takes up quite a bit of time for it to be the last step in the crochet braiding experience.
I don't know about you, but to wrap every strand around a perm-rod is tedious. Uh! The torture.

4. Is it me, or do the curls never come out exactly how you've envisioned them.
After you've wrapped and rodded your hair, you're never sure that the results will come out as perfect as you hoped.

3. I'm getting water EVERYWHERE
After you've dipped, you'll be dripping, splattering, and apologizing to anyone who catches the sprinkles. Whoops! Sorry.

4. Burns!!!
Do I really have to explain myself. One slip of the hand, and AAAGGGGHHhhh!!! First degree burns. After all, you are supposed to be using BOILING hot water.

5. The Number one reason why you shouldn't dip your own crochet braids: because there's a better way. Curlkalon has done all of the hard work for you. They offer different sized curls to give you a variety with their fantastically quick and easy installation process. Make your life easier and click the link.

Do you have any war/horror stories with the boiling pot that you'd like to share? I know I've been getting dipped since I was young enough to lean my head back.

Until next time,
