July Ipsy Review: Boo!

TenishaJonece.com July Ipsy Review: Boo!
I absolutely adore the neon pink bag that this months goodies have arrived in. It's so bright and cheery! Cute! I'm not as pleased with its contents though. Ipsy let me down this month Sigh. No worries, I'm still going to make the most out of it... somehow.

I received a sample of the Bare Minerals 5 in 1 BB advanced performance cream eye shadow in Divine Wine. With the trend of the Neutral smokey eye, this shall surely come in handy. It's pigment is very rich and concentrated (too bad it just blends into my skin tone). It spreads pretty well and has SPF in it (oh happy day).

Next on the list is a Clear Clinic laboratories vanished clear spot treatment. I've started to use it. I'll update you when I feel like it's working. Rolls eyes. It's supposed to be an on the go treatment that dries out blemishes.

Have you ever heard of Lord & Berry? Well, I now own one of their mini Kajal kohl-liners in Black SILK. Its goes on pretty smooth. I guess you can never own too many eyeliners.

One of the items I'm not favoring is by Models OWN. This nail polish is glittery and clear, and its consistency feels very thick, even though I've shaken it for five minutes. Why does the bottle call you to shake it, when the balls that usually aid in mixing are not present? It feels like a kiddie polish created to allow children the opportunity to learn how to paint, due to the gel like consistency  which allows for more control. I won't be using it, but my 1 year old will get a kick out of it.

Finally the cake topper on this month's treats: I have received Coola's Hang Ten Dark Tanning Oil. Pauses for reaction Pluses include SPF and natural vitamins. Minuses include....I'm friggin BLACK! Do they not pay attention to the products they send people? Come on! I know I joke often about getting my summer color, but this is ridiculous Ipsy! Never the less...I'll try it. I'll tell you how it/I turn out. Hopefully a rich coco-complexion.

That's it for this months bag.

Until next time!
