With all of the stress of the world (#MikeBrown riots), lets take a moment to just calm down and relax. May I suggest a Monday evening bath? Sit back. Relax. Reflect. Let the stress melt away.

Set the mood by lighting you favorite candles.
Run a warm bath, and add a bath soak, fizz or bubbles of your choice.
Next exfoliate before applying a face mask for your skin type.
Wet you hair, and apply a rich hair mask. Pop a shower cap over the top, and let the steam work the mask deeper into the hair.
Soak for a few minutes before giving your whole body a good scrub either with an exfoliating mitt or with a grainy scrub.
After soaking for 30 minutes, rinse everything off. We like to shower after a bath like this, as there is so much product on the bath water.
Pat you body dry, and apply a nourishing body cream or lotion.
