Have you ever heard of the second time around shop for fancy clothing called Twice. I'm not quite sure how their newsletter ended up in my email inbox, but I do love the deals.
They accept high end items and sell them dirt cheap. Imagine buying Free People at the price of FOREVER 21. That sounds like a win to me! Sign me up!
